We are looking for IT Manager for Polisan Holding in Head office Küçükyalı / İstanbul

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in Engineering faculties (Computer, İndustrial, Electrical and Electronic engineering etc.) ,
• Minimum 10 years of experience working on IT business projects, 5 years of team management experience is a must,
• Fluency in English,
• Fully conversant with MS Office applications,
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills,
• Ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes,

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinating and managing Information Technology projects,
• Supervising and overseeing IT policies in affiliates,
• Taking precautions where necessary in information security issues,
• To ensure that the information technologies infrastructure works without errors and regularly in terms of ERP and other software, hardware and network systems. Making long-term plans within the framework of institutional goals,
• Deep knowledge of the IT business and its strategy, operations, business processes, and IT systems,
• Deep knowledge of IT strategies and roadmaps,
• Prior experience working with stakeholders of various technical competencies to architect and execute cross-channel digital solutions aimed at meeting core business objectives,
• Providing end-to-end support across the entire digital project management lifecycle,
