QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participation in creation of a new Manufacturing System
- Deployment of the Manufacturing System in all the plants in the region
- Standardization of performance reporting
- Cost deployment analysis
- Deployment of lean manufacturing tools, for problem solving, work place organization, maintenance etc.
- Initiation and optimization workshops
- Promotion of Kaizen and employee suggestion system
- Consolidation of reports and follow up of improvement plans
- Deployment of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement culture
- All other task required by the management
Qualifications
- Graduated from related departments of universities
- Lean manufacturing
- International environment
- Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience
- Manufacturing systems knowledge
- Fluent English language

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
