QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Plant Non Production Buyer for our Purchasing Team in Dilovası Plant.

  • Support procurement process compliance and implementation of Purchasing strategy for Non-Production
  • Commercial Negotiation on Spot and annual basis (price / payment terms / delivery, analysis and evaluation of bids to determine the optimal values)
  • Reporting (rebate program, annual and spot savings)
  • Management of sourcing on new projects relating to Non-Production Commodity
  • RFI / RFQ management and administration on spot and annual basis
  • PR’s / Orders management (Approval, Manual print, release & sending)
  • Suppliers / Internal customer claims management
  • Consolidation of existing supplier portfolio
  • Contract management and revision for new and existing contract
  • Purchasing office administration work (Archive, contracts + reporting)
  • Master data management – NonProd – new part + MRP
  • Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements

  

Knowledge required:

  • University degree in related field
  • Buyer Experience of minimum 2-3 years in Purchase of Non-Production material (pref. Automotive)
  • Fluent in English 
  • Knowledge of Excel and SAP
  • Strong negotiations skills, 
  • Strong Processes Knowledge, 
  • Ability to work individually on projects, 
  • Stress management,

Preferred Candidate

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
