Site Administrator

Site Administrator will support the site team in the daily administration of duties in running of the site. Candidates will be a key member of the team, and their primary focus will be on providing support with general administration tasks including office set up, maintenance, filing as well as clerical and secretarial tasks such as organising and attending meetings and minute taking.

• Maintaining communication with customers, contractors, suppliers and site personnel
• Weekly update of T&E report
• Creating and checking of site reports
• Printing, scanning and other bookkeeping related activities
• Regular update and administration of database
• PO requisition for site material
• Providing support to general site management
• Occasionally translation to local language
• Stop work when it is unsafe to continue by EHS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent high-school knowledge or experience
• Fluency in English, excellent oral and written communication, presentation, training, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency on computer skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint (for documentation, problem solving and presentation requirements)
• Having experience on project site will be a plus
