Job description

• Developing innovative packaging solutions, benchmarking in line with the company's objectives,

• Conducting packaging development activities at optimum cost in line with company targets and strategies,

• To follow closely the global trends and developments related to packaging and packaging technologies and to adapt these technologies to existing business processes,

• To ensure the preparation of packaging specifications (flexible material data, corrugated box data, logistics data, etc.)

• Managing packaging improvement and development projects, completing projects on time by developing new packaging solutions,

• To provide technical support to NPI project managers for packaging selection, to determine the specifications by performing necessary tests analysis in line with quality criteria,

• Manage packaging savings projects,

• Ensuring timely action with a proactive approach and monitoring of packaging regulation changes with priority in Europe,

• Provide technical support for the adaptation of packages to machines,

• To follow innovations and trends in regular coordination with packaging suppliers and to report to managers.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Food, Chemical or Industrial Engineering departments,

• Good command of English,

• Turkish Food Codex legislation and regulations to dominate,

• At least 2 years of experience in packaging material structures,

• MS Office programs,

• Dominate SAP applications,

• B class driver's license,

• Domestic and international travel without barriers,

• Attention to detail, prone to teamwork,

• Solution-oriented and analytical thinking ability,

• Willing to residence at Çorlu/Çerkezköy/Lülerburgaz,

• Completed military service for male candidates.
