(Sr.) Financial Planning Analyst

We are looking for a (Sr.) Financial Planning Analyst to be employed in our PMI Duty Free office, in Istanbul, who will be a member of our Global Financial Planning Non-Travel Retail (NTR) team and support different markets across the world spanning from Latin America, Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia, Middle East & Africa Duty Free.

The incumbent of this position will
 
• Support the Manager Financial Planning Global NTR and respective Area Manager DFsin pro-actively identifying business development and pricing opportunities.
• Review business trends, assess challenges & opportunities and recommend business decisions to achieve objectives.
• Participate in the budgeting process (OB and Rolling Forecast cycles) and manage the budget numbers in order to ensure accurate and complete financial information.
• Analysis on different scenarios with accurate and complete financial information.
• Monitoring and evaluation of monthly operating results against budget. Recommend corrective actions needed to meet the targets.
• Preparation of comprehensive business highlights that underlines key impacts on PMIDF business including forward-looking action plans to address issues.
• Recommend changes in business processes to drive continuous improvement, increase productivity and quality levels in the region.

Candidates should have

•             Sales, Finance or Business Development and Planning background and experience
•             Agile learner with strong action orientation and drive for results
•             Ability to manage ambiguity; work with minimum supervision and in the remote team
•             Strong analytical skills
•             Comfortable in an English-speaking environment
•             Entrepreneurship, Agility and Collaboration
•             Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
