General Qualifications;

• BSc. , MSc. level in Mechanical Engineering,
• At least 2 years experience in Process Engineering,
• Very good knowledge about MS-Office applications,
• Experienced in machining and cold forming methods,
• Knowledge in GD&T,
• Knowledge in 3D Modelling softwares (preferably CatiaV5),
• Knowledge in Lean-Management tools.
• Fluent English in spoken and written (German as second language is an asset),
• Being a team member,
• Target and result oriented, efficient communication and problem- solving skills,
• Able to work in Izmir,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

Job Summary:

Develop and sustain manufacturing processes to meet the technical requirements of our clients. Lead the implementation of manufacturing processes including, but not limited to: facilities, layout, equipment selection and installation, work flow, process flow, process characterization, process monitoring/control methods, material handling, tool selection, consumables, documentation, training, support, and equipment service/maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Define, characterize and lead the implementation of new process.
• Assist with equipment selection and drive implementation of new equipment.
• Participate projects to assure on-time implementation.
• Monitor and maintain process controls.
• Lead process improvements while mentoring others to improve processes.
• Participate Lean-Management activities.
• Lead error-proof activities.
