Conforming to the highest quality standards, with our highly qualified employees, we would like to enlarge our capacity and so for the further development of our Supply Chain department in our factory in Aegean Free Zone/ Gaziemir-Izmir, we are looking for a new colleague having following qualifications.

General Requirements:

• BS or MSc degree in related department;

• Minimum 5 year progressive experiences in supply chain processes (warehouse; internal & external logistics processes)

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (German as second language is an asset)

• Having a strong knowledge about SAP,

• Good communication skills, result oriented, team player,

• No restriction to travel

• Able to work in Izmir

• Military service must be completed for male applicants.

Job Description:

Focus of the Task:

Ensuring that the management and organizations required for import and export are fulfilled in the company's external logistics processes and carrying out warehouses and internal logistics management in line with the needs of internal logistics and warehouse operations within the company.

Warehouse Management

• Managing warehouse & logistics team

• Managing the warehouse processes of the company (all goods in & out processes)

• Supporting & managing of problem solving processes in warehouse,

• Providing the coordination for 5s field management,

• Control of taking necessary actions in warehouse processes,

Internal Logistics

• Managing the internal logistics process,

• General coordination & management of periodic inventory checking,

• Management of the running of material flow process

• Performing needs analyzes for the material transports required for production, coordination and management of the identification of material flows with process flow diagrams considering stock and open orders,

• Managing the material flow processes in order to keep the raw material, finished and semi-finished stocks in an optimum level,

• Management of improvement activities and cost studies in internal logistics process,

• Control and management of taking necessary actions in internal logistics processes,

• Support and management of problem-solving activities in internal logistics processes,

Import & Export Process

• Managing the external logistics, import & export process of the company,

• Management of the follow-up, control and measurement of the performance of the transporters,

• Follow up and implement the customs changes in legislation;

•  Negotiating with the domestic suppliers about the general customs procedure, legislation and laws and process coordination,

• Management of improvement activities and cost studies in import & export process,

• Control and management of taking necessary actions in import & export processes,

• Support and management of problem-solving activities in import & export processes,
