Responsibilities

Achievement of sales plan and margin targets and customer KPI’s.

Identify sales gaps and formulate solutions in an actionable plan with all available resources.

Lead annual joint business plans in customers parallel to company priorities.

Develop and implement tactics for your customer / brand to drive sales.

Own the customer P&L and is responsible for driving top and bottom line growth

Work with Trade Marketing & Marketing to identify actionable trade programs for each account.

Build and improve tracking tools to monitor sales /stock /activity performance results and prepare required action plans accordingly

Monitoring and ensuring ROI optimization on sales promotions

Develop and achieve in-store excellence KPIs.

Drive relationships with customers, cross functional relationships within Perrigo and 3rd party sales teams to understand fully the key success factors that will make our business stand out.

Qualifications

Min. 5 years of sales experience with 3 years account management experience in sales management , preferably in FMCG companies.

Advanced level of English

Experience in preparing quarterly and annual plans for each client

Strong category analysis and evaluation skills

Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and relationship management skills

Strong financial and analytical capability to measure and track relevant KPI’s

Ability to build strong internal and external networks quickly

The ability to translate company / brand priorities and goals into an operational commercial plan
