Supply Chain Productivity Manager

University Degree (preferable in Engineering) and/or MBA
Supply Chain experience (+3 years)
Change Management & Program Management skills (+2 years)
Advanced both spoken & written English skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills to support collaboration of different departments
Strong computer skills (MS Office knowledge & various SC tools)

• Manage Supply Chain (SC) productivity and development projects from idea generation to realization
• Support the forward movement of major Supply Chain initiatives establishing milestones and monitoring the success of the projects in relation to those milestones.
• Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production etc.
• Manage and drive SC projects in line with targets & plans covering Logistics Network, Warehousing, Product Availability & Inventory Management and realizing SC cost saving targets.
• Managing Foods & Beverages Supply Chain projects to realize cost minimization and service and operational efficiency maximization.
• Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, or system flows
• Prepare and report performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain KPIs
