Bsc. in engineering and or business administration, economics
Well spoken & written & understanding of English
MS-Office Applications, basic ORACLE knowledge

Team management experience
- Management of Logistics Department's MOH; S&D Budgets and Capital Expense
- Management of loading - unloading performance at finished goods warehouse
- Ensuring service to sales by non stop truck loading
- Ensuring the average age of the shipment is appropriate with standards
- Management of all pallet process and multipack operations in 3PL
- Ensuring the effective management of supplier relationships and also the contract period
- Factory scorecard the critical follow-up and development of KPIs
- Ensuring the necessary reports are issued to Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams within a timely manner.
- The execution and management of the current transportation agreements with finished product transport suppliers
- Create and manage productivity projects related to logistics, support productivity agenda
- Take an active role in common projects that are carried out in conjunction with the Supply Chain
- Meet the requirements of occupational health and safety (ERP) and environmental (GEHSMS and ISO 14001) management systems
- Meet the requirements of AIB Agenda
- SLT team to represent the Department in the Logistic, actively participate in decisions related to factory management
- Ensuring the right organization structure for Logistics department
- Increasing the capability of Logistics Department thru trainings, CDAPs etc
- Leading WMS System development in FGWH.Working closely with sector CoE and Global Horizontal team
