Now, we are seeking a Service Procurement Specialist to join our team!

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from Engineering faculties of universities
• At least 2 years experience in the procurement sector at aviation 
• Excellent command of both English and Russian
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs
• Well-trained JAR-OPS1 and IATA SGHA knowledgeable with quality trainings and current certifications
• Preferably located in Anatolian Side of Istanbul 

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conducting market research for ground handling services, airport services and general service requests from departments, preparing reports on the subject by controlling the prices received.
• Contracts, specifications, periodic price agreements, etc. based on service purchase requests. will provide the necessary coordination for the execution of supplier-legal processes
• Ground-airport services will allow the search for alternatives for procurement (Russia & CIS Region)
• To be able to provide coordination to the internal departments and external organizations / stations with regard to the issues in their responsibilities.
• Will be able to prepare, evaluate, analyze and present recorded data related to agreements
• Analyze and manage business disputes between the company and suppliers
• Work on tracking the warranties provided by aircraft and component manufacturers, repair centers and other suppliers.
• To be responsible for regular reporting and communication processes with the producers in line with the objective of increasing the warranty fees received from the producers for the Pegasus fleet.
• It will take part in the system development processes regarding the entry, analysis and follow-up of the warranty data into the ERP system.
• Will work in coordination with the Technical Presidency units (Engineering, Line Maintenance, Technical Warehouse) during warranty follow-up processes.
