Now, we are seeking a Process and Business Development Senior Specialistto join our team!

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process and business development,
• Experience in QDMS is preferred,
• 6 sigma green belt is a plus,
• Good command in MS office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
• No military obligation or at least 2 years of deferral for male candidates.
• Preferably residing in Asian side of İstanbul.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helps Pegasus to be managed in accordance with International Standards Organization (ISO) Management Systems standards and to carry out necessary activities for continuous improvement of the system.
• Ensures the creation, implementation and maintenance of the necessary processes for ISO management systems.
• Reports the performance and improvement needs of all management systems.
• Establishes the necessary activities to spread awareness of product and service conditions throughout the organization.
• Conducts projects with other units within the scope of process improvement works.
• Monitors process / risk performance indicators, action planning for low indicators, monitoring and reporting the results.
• Carries out research, infrastructure preparation and planning activities related to the process and / or new applications to be improved.
