Now, we are seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team!
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree holder of
- 5+ years of talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruiting experience with additional experience relating to the Human Resources function such as HR generalist, HR Business Partner or Talent Management
- Expat recruitment and expat placement agency relationship or contract management experience
- A combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience
- Experience managing partnerships with third-party and contingent search vendors located in various countries
- Experience recruiting for positions in the aviation industry is a plus
- Proficiency using ATS systems preferably PeopleBox
- Advanced social media and recruiting sourcing tools required (LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for research, data, and creative approach to sourcing
- Expert level knowledge in candidate attraction and relationship building, and excellent at building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- A strong process orientation with the goal of implementing or developing best practices into the talent acquisition function
- Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals
- Works with senior management, hiring managers and HR/Organizational Development team to develop yearly staffing plans, workforce planning strategies and search assignments
- Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment, and who wants to continue to learn and help drive Pegasus recruitment team forward for the future
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish with proven ability to take initiative
- Self-motivated, strong time management, high attention to details, and organization skills
- Preferably located in Anatolian side of İstanbul
İŞ TANIMI
- Maintain and recruit for an average requisition load of approximately 40 positions, from non-exempt to executive level
- Perform behavioral, competency and skill-based interviews both in English and Turkish to assess candidate qualifications against agreed-upon position requirements and competencies
- Proactively build candidate pipelines and manage the candidate experience throughout the sourcing process and strategies for active and future requisitions
- Utilize social media sourcing and branding tools to support talent attraction
- Build an employer brand by educating candidates about culture and opportunity during recruitment activities
- Source passive talent and attract candidates to engage in the recruiting process
- Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics as appropriate to enable Pegasus recruitment team, hiring managers, and executive leadership team to stay abreast of market conditions
- Counsel hiring managers on all aspects of the recruiting process
- Ensure sourced candidates are tracked in ATS for reporting and recruiting process tracking
- Work with Pegasus recruitment team on Continuous Improvement efforts and collaborate on a daily basis to solve recruiting challenges and share solutions
- Follow standard work throughout the recruiting process to ensure hiring managers and candidates have a consistent and positive experience with Pegasus recruitment team
- Design, track and report key metrics to measure and predict activity and effectiveness
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and selection strategies for assigned business areas
