Now, we are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts the role of HR Business Partner for Flight Operations (Cockpit Crew),
• Ensures the execution and delivery of all HR activities (Budget, Performance Management, HR Operations and etc.) in an effective way,
• Recommends and implements policies and procedures when needed,
• Provides guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.  This guidance includes ensuring legal requirements are met, investigating employee complaints, conducts exit interviews, processes exit paperwork,
• Provides consultancy and support to the managers regarding HR systems, process and policies, promotes the use of the HR tools,
• Governs the employee exit management and provides an analysis of the acquired information legal issues and labour law,
• Identifies the business needs and aligns business strategies with HR strategies,
• Takes part in HR projects as a project leader or project member whenever it is necessary.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related subject,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably 3 years as HR Business Partner,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English,
• Strong capability of handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities and needs,
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization, ability to listen and empathise different perspectives,
• Understanding how daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business,
• General knowledge of labor law (law of obligations is a plus),
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Preferably residing in Asian side of İstanbul.
