QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Finance and Administrative Specialist will be responsible for the day to day financial / accounting transactions and office management needs of Paraşüt Yazılım in the following areas:  

      • Working closely with an outsourced accounting firm to get books closed in a timely manner
      • Ensuring that all company payments are made on a timely basis with the appropriate processes and policies applied
      • Reporting the company’s weekly cash position
      • Checking current accounts and reconciling, maintaining an accurate record of financial transactions,
      • Monitoring credit card charges, payment discrepancies, refunds, returns and miscellaneous charges,
      • Assistance in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations,
    • Office Supplies/Purchasing – to ensure that company has a constant inventory of supplies (example – stationary, kitchen, bathroom, storage, filing, printing, etc supplies) and manage and control the cleaning staff
    • Document Management– to organize all company documents (both old and new) into a proper electronic archiving/filing system
    • Technical/IT – to ensure that the IT and technology needs of the office and employees are met (equipment and service)
    • Employee Support – to provide administrative support and assistance to company employees (expense processing, travel arrangements, notary, mail, package and courier services, and other related services)

Candidates must be/have;

    • University degree in Economy, Accounting, Business Administration or similar fields
    • Good command of both written and spoken English
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (in Excel having excellent knowledge of formulas, charts and pivot tables)
    • Excellent skills with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Performing and managing workload to ensure deadlines are met in accordance with the corporate timetable
    • Take the initiative and apply resourceful and proactive responses to problem solving
    • Professionally engage, build and maintain constructive relationships with colleagues to ensure effective management and teamwork at all levels
    • Promote efficient and effective knowledge sharing with colleagues
    • Provide utmost discretion when dealing with all sensitive and confidential employee and company information

    Preferred Candidate

    More than 2 years of experience
    Bachelor’s(Graduate)
    English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
