MARKETING AND SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

This position will directly report to VP of Sales and Marketing in Germany. While daily activities will involve supporting sales operations, this position will also take the major role of promoting SmartMelter through digital marketing at Linkedin, newsletters and web platform.

Qualifications

• University degree from a reputable university, MBA is a plus,
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position,
• Excellent knowlegde of English is a must,
• Experience in clearly understand and implement digital marketing,
• Able to think creatively and always be motivated by challenges and constantly targeting for the best,
• Continually curious about customer behaviors and different ways, channels to engage with customers.

Job Description

Digital Marketing:

• Design creative growth strategies and campaign ideas to further establish thought leadership, increase brand awareness,
• Digital channel management (websites, social media channels, content management),
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals,
• Analyzing and optimizing the digital marketing activities to ensure maximum effectiveness. 

Sales:

• Support the sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing documentation,
• Customer tracking by CRM, ensuring the correctness of customer data,
• Securing customer loyalty by presenting our high-quality products and services in a persuasive, convincing manner,
• Analysing customer potential and opportunities by using various ways.
