We are looking for a Brand Coordinator for our Istanbul Office who will be responsible for daily marketing activities and implementations of global project guidelines into relevant communication touch points. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Media:

  • Support in defining media plan with a special focus on social and digital plan per each campaign.
  • Brief to the agencies for defining the investment plan for each campaign.
  • Support in managing the adaptation process of global communication materials (creative adaptation/translation for all media – owned and bought).
  • Be the operative point of contact for social and digital media for all campaigns related issues.
  • Regular check of print advertising and online formats.
  • Coordinate Retail Media support together with Retail Marketing team
 

PR:

  • Coordinate the PR agency daily work ensuring that all information and product needs are answered.
  • Translate or adapt global press materials related to new launches, projects or corporate topics and provide them to the PR agency.
  • Manage the product assortment needed for press office activities (check pre-collections, existing product orders and pr gifts) dealing with storage, inventory and returns.
  • Support the Marketing Director in coordinating corporate interviews to relevant spokespeople.
  • Coordinate the organization of different press days and events during the year.

 Brand Activation and Communication:

  • In agreement with the Marketing Director drive the execution of local (or the adaptation of global) brand activation projects by granting alignment on all touchpoints (with special reference to legal requirements to be checked, definition and implementation of eventual contests, production of all related materials) and properly coordinating the agencies involved.
  • Support in managing agreements and relationships with eventual local ambassadors involved in special activities (support in contract definition and type of involvement).
  • Ensure the proper delivery of required content for all own media related to each project.

 

Supplier Coordination, Analysis and Reporting


Technical Skills:

  • Approximately 3/4 years’ experience in a similar role within an international retail/fast fashion/life-style/beauty organization.
  • 4 years' Univesity Degree 
  • Mastery of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
  • Knowledge on Marketing practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Strong follow up on projects
