QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In order to convey a better service to our customers and strengthen our sales organization, we are looking for a highly motivated, energetic team member to join our Sales & Marketing Unit / Key Account Sales.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade and/or related departments,
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience especially in DIY Stores channel and e - commerce,
  • 2 - 3 years of team management experience,
  • Good knowledge of low-voltage equipments, wiring devices and the specifics of the related market,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach, 
  • Strong reporting, analysis and follow up skills,
  • Highly motivated and eager to participate in a dynamic work environment,
  • Valid driving license,
  • For male candidates, military service has to be completed,


Job Description:

  • ·     Monitoring the implementation of the sales plan by managing all sales activities with the related DIY Stores and following up on their payments,
  •       Expanding Panasonic portfolio by finding suitable new dealers, segments and opportunities in the market,
  •       Conducting market research and analysis on pricing, strategy development and related subjects, in order to evaluate and determine further actions to increase market satisfaction.
  •       Strengthening Panasonic brand by coordinating marketing and promotional activities, attending fairs and visiting customers,
  •       Finding solutions and managing related activites needed for improved DIY & e-commerce performance by visiting all commercial DIY stores, receiving feedback and exploring alternative and innovative methods,
  •      Completing the annual performance review of all DIY stores and in relation managing the contract renewal process
  •      Working together with Trade Marketing in order to ensure implementation and delivery of all marketing materials requested by DIY stores,
  •      Working together with Sales Operations in order to ensure complete and on time delivery of orders.
