General Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, computer engineering, telecommunications engineering, automation engineering or a related area
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Teamwork prone, strong communication, follow-up, and conflict management
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively
• Experience with communication protocols such as KNX, DALI, TCP/IP, Modbus, BACnet,   G3-PLC is preferred
• Experience in KNX configuration or testing tools such as ETS, Manufacturer Tool or EITT is preferred
• Holding an ISTQB certification is a plus
• No obstacles for domestic and international travels

 Job Description

• Following up new technologies and methods to be utilized in new products
• Conducting benchmarks and product analysis
• Contributing the definition of the technical design inputs together with development teams
• Definition of the functional behavior of the building automation products
• Planning and performing feature, integration, system, and product tests respect to the defined behavior
• If necessary/required supporting or taking the responsibility of testing automation activities
• Giving or preparing the product trainings related with the products in responsibilities
• Support to Promotional Tools: Reference Manuals, Product Leaflets, Catalogs, and Web Site
• Actively contributing to the agile development ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and sprint retrospective)
