JOB TITLE: Guest Relations Manager

LOCATION: Side, Manavgat - Antalya / TURKEY

POSITION SUMMARY - Job Description and Responsibilities:

Located on the heavenly costs of Aegean and Mediterranean, every single hotel of PALOMA Hotels group, is designed with tastes that reflects the culture and style of the region.

Paloma Hotels was established in 1979 and today offers #RealMediterranean in its 10 resorts with around 2,500 employers.

Now we are looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join us offering this motto in Side. The required candidate will work our newly opening, upscale Finesse Hotel.

The Manager will look after the needs of guests in a professional manner and ensure that the department provides flawless, professional and high class guest service experiences. She / He will manage and control all the departmental operations to make sure that all the stays are being conducted in line with the procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensuring the highest guest satisfaction in line with business principles.
  • Having utmost knowledge about the environment and the hotel and answering the related questions
  • Representing Paloma Hotels at the highest level.
  • Complying with Paloma Hotels’ written procedures and standards.
  • Responding to guest requests and complaints in a short time.
  • Following new trends in the business for operational improvements
  • Making job plans in line with the quality standards
  • Cooperating with the other departments

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES - Job Requirements & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields like Tourism and Hotel Management or Management
  • At least 3 years of experiences in 5-star hotels in the related department
  • German and English language proficiency in professional level is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Creative and dynamic work style
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear diction
  • Experience in and ability to manage, organise, planning and reporting
  • Result oriented by analysing needs and offering alternative solutions
  • Strong command in office and front desk programs
  • Presentable, attentive to self-care and apperance
  • Strong command of MS Office programs

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
