As PAKTEN HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS, with nearly 300 employees, a pioneer in diapers production in Gaziantep, always in the top 1000 among the exporting companies, exports to 36 countries, focused on growing both at domestic and foreign markets , takes important steps towards becoming a brand and joined to the Turquality Brand Support Program since February 2019, We are looking for an "International Brand Manager" to our Istanbul Sales&Marketing Office.

Qualification;

  • University degree in related departments (Preferably Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering),
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing preferably in FMCG companies with leading brands.
  • Determined, achievement and result oriented personality with high energy level.
  • Proven leadership skills in cross functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative pursuit.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong in interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills and desire to lead.
  • Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
  • A top communicator with an excellent ability to execute successful partnerships.

Job Description;

  • Works on market analyses, price analyses and consumer research for determining the brand strategy which contributes to business strategy and commercial plans.
  • Coordinates the advertising strategies (both Above the Line and Below the Line) and creates campaigns, promotions and indoor & outdoor activities to increase the market share.
  • Execute 360 degree communication (ATL / BTL / Digital & Social Media)
  • Work closely with countries to gather learnings and provide best practices for other countries.
  • Monitor brand performances and recommended specific initiatives.
  • Be capable of managing wide range of product portfolio.
  • Prepares the marketing plan, annual budget and communication/media plan for the brand.
  • Manages and organizes product launches.
  • Works in cooperation with the sales, production and finance teams to achieve results
  • Tracks consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution and by conducting consumer research.
  • Visits abroad in order to track flow of business and take required actions.
