We are looking for “Area Sales Consultant” having the qualifications below for our company.

- Fluent at speaking and writing in English (2nd foreign language is preferable.)

- Graduated from the related departments of the universities.

- Experienced at real estate sales for foreigners

- Able to think analitically, target and solution oriented, very good at human relations, presentable, perfect persuasive skill and responsible

- Able to work in flexible working arrangement

- Having B class driving license and driving actively

- Very good at teamwork

Job description

-        Visiting the customers with whom arranged appointment

-        Understanding the demands and the budget of the customer and visit the projects according to the expectations of the customers

-        Following up the customers

-        Making the area team sales actions

-        Making the changes and affairs in the market according to the customers’ expectations and the situation of the market

-        Making new sales ways

-        Gayrimenkul projeleri satış ofislerini ekiple birlikte ziyaret etmek ve eğitim almak

-        Visiting the sales offices of the projects with team to get the training about the projects and sales stories
