REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Engineering Departments, preferably Industry or Textile Engineering
• Preferably upper level of both written and spoken English
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• At least 5 years experience in textile or textileexport companies
• Experience at project management, Lean processes, reporting and presentation
• Knowledge of workflow and process management programs (eba, paperwok etc.)
• Residing in European side of İstanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Joining project meetings about production, process and restructure on behalf of GM
• Performing research data analysis and report preparation as required
• Assisting GM in meetings, conference calls as needed by taking notes or dictations at meetings
• Acting as the point of contact between the GM and internal/external clients
• Arranging travel schedule and reservations
• Organising daily/weekly plans and preparing the agenda for the meetings
