QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Minimum of 2-3+ years of professional sales experience in preferably related industry, including a minimum of 1 year of supervising and managing staff and programs,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, French,
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering required,
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources,
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction,
  • Ability to demonstrate teamwork, leadership and flexibility,
  • Ability to manage one's own time and the time of others,
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent computer skills,
  • Military service should be completed for male candidates,
  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacles for traveling


İŞ TANIMI

  • Responsible for direction and management of export sales and service activities at station level or at an assigned area,
  • Project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new product lines and customers,
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quota for territories,
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with market supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors,
  • Coordinate order service by directing Account Representatives and executives on quotations, proposals, project order management techniques, and customer complaint resolution,
  • Oversee and manage all export related activities in accordance with company policy and procedure,
  • Support sales department to develop and maintain export revenues,
  • Negotiate and monitor export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability,
  • Research and resolve customer complaints on export sales, service and operational issues,
  • Audit and research service performance issues and develop recommendation for improvement,
  • Manage staff performance to ensure required level of productivity and organizational objectives are met
  • Utilize effective communication skills / methods with internal and external customers,
  • Forecast and communicate intricate details to senior business managers on a timely basis,
  • Perform other duties as required,

Preferred Candidate

2 - 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
