We are in search of an "Electrical Electronic Engineer" for our Izmir-based facility specializing in the manufacturing of fiber optic components.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering or Electronic Telecommunications Engineering.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work well in a group.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Capability to take direction, read drawings, and follow procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs.
• Dynamic with strong communication and organization skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong planning approach.
• Willingness to travel abroad for training/business.
• Male candidates should have no military obligations.
• Effective English communication skills – verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of computerized business system applications and personal computers.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the manufacturing and testing of Laser Diode delivery products. This includes work orders and related paperwork that pertains to the construction of a product. They must know the theoretical and practical issues that pertain to the products in the group. They are knowledgeable in all aspects of manufacture within their group. Interface with junior and senior personnel on R & D projects.

 Typical Duties:

• Writing operating procedures and work instructions.
• Training new technicians and assemblers on manufacturing products.
• Conducting research and development (R&D) design work.
• Manufacturing various types of laser diode and photodiode products.
• Collaborating with the Technical Director, Production Manager, and Quality Assurance team on a technical basis.
• Analyzing and optimizing the electronic design of products.
• Documenting test results.
• Conducting quality assurance tasks.
• Other duties as specified by the Laser Diode Technical Director or their appointee
