Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values
• Coordinate HR activities to ensure legal compliance
• Develop, implement and administer company-wide policies and procedures. Adapt some global corporate HR policies to local structure.
• Counsel and guide supervisors and employees on HR and employee relations matters
• Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
• Coordinate recruitment throughout the company through the management of a recruitment team.
• Manage all human resource functions including employee recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, benefits administration, personnel policy,counseling, performance management, employee relations.
• Managing end to end recruitment processes including candidate searching process, mapping and candidate relations management activities for all level of positions at office
• Leading or contributing to HR-related projects and participating in process improvement projects,
• Analyzing the needs of the units and conducting all recruitment processes,
• Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates,

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 (+) years HR BP experience with a strong understanding of business priorities and the retail market

Intercultural work experience

• Good presentation and facilitation skills
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
