The highly successful English Language Teaching Division of Oxford University Press is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sr. Educational Consultant, Higher Education to join our successful and driven sales team.

This position's purpose is to ensure the effective promotion of OUP ELT materials to Higher Education institutes in his/her area in order to maintain and gain adoptions with a view to maximising sales.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Plans school visiting schedules for self so as to ensure targeted and appropriate coverage.
• Prepares gives and attends presentations/workshops for teachers and ELT professionals in order to promote ELT materials and gain/maintain adoptions.
• Completes reports for Sales Manager as requested to provide feedback on ELT materials and the effectiveness of promotional activities to assist in sales and marketing strategies.
• Develops regular contact with HE institutions and key individuals there in to secure adoptions, maintain OUP profile and ensure availability and usability of OUP product.
• Provides OUP Central Office in İstanbul with through and up-to-date school records to maximise the effectiveness of OUP database.
• Coordinates activities with those of local distributors/agents/booksellers as appropriate to motivate said booksellers and ensure the most efficient service possible to Higher Education institutes and/or individuals.
• Undertakes relevant administrative tasks as necessary to ensure the smooth-running of promotional activities of the Sales Dept.
• Knows well OUP and competing product so as to ensure best-fit to customer needs and minimise competing adoptions.
• Required to plan and schedule school visiting and set up promotional events within specific ELT seasons and the limited time available to ELT professionals.
• Involve department meetings and provide information about the institution and up to date data to the sales manager.
