Export Sales Specialist

Job Requirements,

•       Provide effective communication and arrangement with Foreign Customers

• Provide coordination between the Firm and Customers and Respond promptly and professionally to Customers’ needs

• Manage and process Customers’ requests (quotations, orders, payments follow-up, after-sale…), with support of the related departments

• Follows-through on each main phase to ensure accurate and timely delivery

• Responsible for documentation and preparation of shipment documents; timely clearance of shipments and coordination to correctly process shipments

• Prepare and arrange shipments with the related collaborators (Forwarders, Customs Broker, Insurance providers…) 

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related departments

• Less than One (1) year technical experience in import/export field required

• Fluency in English is required (both verbally and written); other language skills  are beneficial 

• MS Office programs proficiency 

• Knowledge and understanding of import/export operations
