         YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS STORY

• Responsibility of end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast-paced environment, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates,
• Working closely with the departments to create the hiring process and ensuring high-quality talent recruitment,
• Draft and issue job postings,
• Sourcing and preselecting candidates to be interviewed considering job requirements,
• Managing interview schedule,
• Updating the candidate database,
• Contributing to the drafting of job descriptions of positions,
• Must contribute to all HR management activities including administrative tasks, competency development and collaborator performance evaluation.
  
  REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PERFECT OTELLER.COM-EMPLOYEE ALIGNMENT
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• 8+ years experience as an IT Recruiter,
• Good command and understanding of terms and concepts of IT,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Knowledge of various existing means for sourcing the candidates,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities,
• Excellent communication skills. Tamam
• Willing to work with the hybrid method, preferably living in İzmir.
