QUALIFICATIONS

-        Fluency in written and spoken English is a must

-        Good interpersonal, reporting and communication skills is a must

-        Being team player is a must

-        Bachelor's degree in  Food Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

-        Good knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

-        Good knowledge and/or able to learn  food production process, production related problems

-        Being open to development,

-        Ability to organize and planning,

-        Good job follow up skills,

-        Strong analytical and problem solving skills for a sustainable and powerful relationship with customers

-        Having self-confidence

-        Being result oriented

-        Positive attitude, flexible and creative

-        Will be proactive,motivational and strong in character well used to high levels of multi-tasking

-        Flexible for travelling

-        At least 2 years of experience in FMCG and/or food sector,

-        No military service obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

-        Filling the customer forms for quality, product specs, nutrition, packaging material detailed specs, packaging materials conformity for food, etc.

-        Supplying requested documention to customers, such as technical sheets, calculation of isoglucose, invert sugar ratio, etc

-        Preparing and updating the products' specifications

-        To be a part of new packages design process, working with USA office to make packaging designs

-        managing the projects (NPD and packaging)

-        Preparation of packaging instructions, production instructions

-        Managing supplier and customer complaints,

-        Researching solutions to customer complaints,

-        Making regulation checks per Turkish and EU packaging legislation,

-        Product development with the suppliers

-        To be in constant contact with the global teams, help merging the global and local standards while creating new packages and ensure to stay aligned within those standards

-        Auditing the suppliers to ensure conformity of products to required standards

-        Improving QC processes
