REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a "Project Leader" with the following characteristics to be employed in our company.

• University degree in Engineering Departments (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering etc. ),
• Advanced level of English. ( French will be a plus ).
• 5-7 years of experience on project management in OEM  (automotive industry projects).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• High analytical mind,
• Job Management skills,
• Negotiation skills,
• Result oriented,
• Problem Solving abilities,
• Working plant is Karacabey.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Increase the product & process feasibility by teamwork with Product Designer
• Project Planning in plant paralell to PM project plan with Plant and Global functions
• PSW Coordination with OEM and within plant
• Design Change Management
• RFQ feasibility and study
• Prototype production following
• Deviation of Process
• Execute the project(s) within the defined targeted outcomes, such as schedule, scope and quality, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Act as key point of contact other parts of organization and the customer for the project.
