Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
• Advanced level of spoken and written English,
• At least 10 years of experience in Information Technologies and Strategy Development,
• At least 5 years of experience in team management,
• Experience preferably in e-commerce and digital strategy,
• Strong communication, high persuasion skills, analytical thinking,
• Systematic and result oriented working discipline,
• No restriction to travel,
• Able to reside / live in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Creating the company's business strategies with the management team,
• Following the preparation of plans and programs for the long-term activities of the sector in coordination with other departments,
• Making suggestions based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, business partners' sustainability and process improvement,
• Ensuring the integration of the company by following the technological developments,
• Defining the current risks of new projects and following their contribution to the company’s business outcomes,
• Management of consulting companies involved in the company's IT, Strategy and Innovation processes,
• Managing strategic plans, policies, programs for digital transformation and information technology,
• Leading the company's innovation process.
