Budget and Reporting Specialist

Qualifications 

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration, 
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferably in a financial reporting or similar role,
• Experience in Big 4 audit firms is an asset, 
• Good understanding of the P&L and Balance Sheet under IFRS, 
• Experience with financial systems/applications such as Hyperion, Business Objects, etc., 
• Excellent skills in Excel and high proficiency in Powerpoint, 
• Ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, deadline oriented, fast-learner, who is an organized, dedicated, flexible, hands-on team player with excellent problem-solving skills, 
• Ability to build solid relationships, 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, 
• Analytical thinker with ability to perform data analysis and to develop data models, excellent organization skills with attention to detail, 
• Having a curious mind-set and being eager to learn complex new concepts quickly and applying them in the workplace, 
• No obstacle to travel, 
• Live/willing to live in Istanbul. 

Responsibilities 

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement in line with IFRS requirements, 
• Prepare monthly management reporting , 
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly/ quarterly forecasts, long term plan, 
• Analyze all periodical management reports (P&L, BS, and other requested reports),
• Controlling accounting record comparing with budget and forecast, 
• Participate actively in projects, 
• Fulfill legal requirements of public enterprises (Tuik, Ebso, etc), 
• Support for ad-hoc management reports.
