Qualifications

•         High level education in Economics or Engineering
•         Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain in companies of comparable size and complexity in the areas of demand and inventory management, experience of working collaboratively with customers/supplier
•         Experience in leading and influencing multi-functional teams to make timely and critical decision
•         High leadership capabilities to bring vision and improvements in different areas of Supply Chain
•       Excellent communication skills including verbal and written communication to senior leaders, excellent data management and presentation skills
•       Hands-on experience with SAP, APO, business data warehouses systems, excellent command of MS Excel to handle data
•      Fluent knowledge of English

       Job Description

        · Ensuring forecast accuracy to be on a high level reaching the defined yearly target

•         Ensuring forecast accuracy in order to increase the service level
•         Reduction of potential obsolete stocks by accurate PO/PI management
•         Forecast accuracy target of minimum 70%, as defined by company standard
•         Accurate APO management
•       Adjust Forecasting process to match company business growth, development and innovations

•         customers to provide better service at the most efficient way; lead other improvement projects internally with plants-distribution that are focused on supply chain optimization
•         Lead monthly S&OP process in collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Finance
•         Ensure organizational alignment between all functions related to S&OP, prepare and escalate issues to divisional S&OP if necessary
•         Engage with commercial and financial teams to evaluate forecasts vs. actual sales and sales outlook inputs, track and report forecast accuracy and bias, develop corrective action plans to continuously improve forecast accuracy
•        Monitor availability problems and bottlenecks, engage with plant supply chain and customer service teams to confirm feasibility to deliver target service level for customers or to identify gaps and develop mitigation plans
•         Prepare S&OP decks and supporting documents/statistics and look for new and/or improved tools to ensure timely measurement, reporting, and visibility of supply chain metrics/status to all cross functional stakeholders, Manage monthly S&OP processes, meetings and action plans, issue resolution and tracking
•         Participate actively in developing new launches and replacement initiatives, provide timely supply chain input and reflect agreed plans in the systems to ensure on time and in full launches
