General Qualifications:

We seek for a Sales Engineer Technical Polymer Applications and the ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications and skills:
The position will be based in İstanbul.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other related degree,
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a distribution-based organization as Sales Engineer; production company experience is an asset,
• Technical and managerial understanding of Technical Polymer Applications and its practical implications,
• High sensibility to customer needs,
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills and client management experience,
• Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach,
• Fluency in English, 
• No obstacle for travelling,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

• Developing business plans to be well equipped for current and future business challenges and contribute to the optimization of the business results,
• Proactively managing the day-to-day requirements for own customer portfolio and coordinating sales activities,
• Monitoring customer & market dynamics to support sales planning, and new product applications,
• Monitors customer’s changing needs, reviews existing products and services, regularly visits customers to ensure that their current needs are addressed,
• Contributes to the pricing process & stock level optimization
• Prepares technical, sales and competition reports and other related presentations.
