QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose of Position

  • To define and manage local HR & Office Services Management strategy, to deliver a comprehensive and integrated HR & Office Services Management Services.
  • To act as a strategic business partner and a facilitator for the Management Team, to guide and counsel line managers and employees, also to serve as a champion on matters of Global HR direction, policy and procedures.
  • To be the local voice of HR, supported by global and regional teams for strategic functions such as Compensation & Benefits, HR Development & Training, HR services and HR Processes & Systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Is responsible for the entire HR & Office Services Management agendas and day-to-day operations in the country.
  • Is responsible for the entire spectrum of HR matters along the employee life cycle.
  • Establishes, maintains, ensure adherence all HR & Office Services Management policies, procedures, and guidelines, as per changing environment and legal requirements, assuring compliance with Corporate Standards and local regulations, and provides input to Management Team.
  • Develops and introduces Organizational Development initiatives, streamlining jobs and related labor requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement and positive employee experience.
  • Leads the implementation of Corporate HR goals, processes, global standards & regulations and drives HR programs and initiatives across the local business.
  • Manages Corporate HR projects to completion ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Introduce and drive change management initiatives.
  • Strategic planning, organizing and directing Office Management Services in general service areas ensuring safe, environmentally compliant workplace in parallel with Corporate and local HSSE standards.


Minimum Requirements

  • Human Resources, Business Administration Management Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
  • Must have previous managerial experience, either as a generalist in a senior role overseeing a division or large organizational unit.
  • Broad knowledge about all areas of HR and Office Management
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes.
  • Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational management skills.
