We are looking for Supply Chain & Production Planning Manager who is willing to shape the future with us.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply & Planning department, preferably in Industrial companies,
  
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on needs of the department or business goals,
  
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated,
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead the team to a successful result,
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinker,
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  
• Fluent English language is a must,
  
• Istanbul Anatolian side resident.
  

Job Description

• Conducts and/or prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans and collaborates with sales and production departments in order to prepare management reports,
• Plans and organizes the production processes and schedules,
  
• Collaborates with logistics and warehouse units to supply materials and raw materials on time,
  
• Coordinates his/her purchasing team for stock management of materials and raw materials to achieve on time delivery at optimum cost with optimum inventory levels,
  
• Ensures that the orders are produced on time,
  
• Conducts and reports improvement studies to reduce operational processes,
  
• Reports regularly on key aspects of the business, in accordance with routine and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
