We are looking for HQP Production Engineer who will report to Site Manager based in our Bursa Plant.

Candidate should have:

• University degree with Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer,
  
• Minumum 3 years of experience about High Quality Printing in Production Plants,
• Good Planning and Organizational skills and team player,
• Strong communication skills and customer oriented,
• Good knowledge of MS Office and B Class Driving License
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Located or will be relocated in Bursa

Responsibilities: 

HQP(High Quality Printing) Production Engineer is mainly responsible for coordinating HQP production activities according to plant targets and production plan.

• Being sure the HQP production plan is being followed  and the orders are being produced on time.
• Inform the planning department if there is an obligatory change at the HQP production plan.
• Follow and evaluate the performances of the operators and give feedback if needed.
• Perform weekly&monthly meetings with the workers and explain the current situation and targets.
• Consider the customer complaints, to take precautions to prevent them being repeated and share the customer complaints with the operators.
• Provide coordination between maintenance department and planning department to make periodic or urgent maintenances so that to keep all the machines in good conditions.
• Prepare the monthly reports which are about technical data, safety, behaviour based observation report on time.
• Analyse current jobs and to develop the process to get better outputs.
