Senior Accounting and Finance Specialist

We are looking for an "Senior Accounting and Finance Specialist" for our business partner in Energy Sector.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Economics Administrative Sciences departments of universities,  

• Preferably in audit firms or accounting firms,

• Prevailing Financial legislation (GAAP) and tax legislation,

• Having at least 3 years of experience in accounting practices,

• Can actively speak and write in English,

• Having experience in the use of accounting and reporting systems,

• Dominating e-invoice applications,

• Having experience in import-export accounting and transfer pricing,

• Preferably having SMMM certificate,

• Mastering MS Office programs, especially those with experience working in excel,

• To be able to adapt to international institution culture and team-work,

• Preferably able to use the LOGO accounting program,

• Be able to schedule time based on flexible working hours and report closing dates,

• Analytical and solution-oriented employee.

Job Description:

• To conduct daily bank activities,

• To carry out and control the transactions related to general accounting in accordance with the legislation, accounting procedures and methods,

• To support accounting records for Management book and reports made according to IFRS,

• Prepare legal declarations in full and accurately (VAT, WHT, Interim Tax, Corporate Tax, Stamp Duty, BA-BS etc.),

• To perform end-of-year/year-end closing procedures,

• To support audit firms,

• To reconciliate the current accounts of the suppliers and customers,

• To make reconciliation between management book and statutory book,

• To reconciliate of the intercompany transactions,

• To support e-invoice creation and follow up with GIB,

• To support supplier payment process.
