We are looking for an Assessment Center Services Leader for our team to establish and develop Assessment Center Services Business Line within Oxygen Consultancy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a professional services or consulting firm
• Has some experience using assessment tools and methodologies. Certifications valued
• Must have passion for the delivery of assessments, accompanied with talent management and/or succession planning
• Business development/Consulting skills (i.e., client relationships, commercial impact, and business insights)

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop Oxygen Consultancy Assessment Center products, process and service offerings
• Select and evaluate right tools and methodologies to be used
• Develop a client portfolio
• Making sales calls/presentations in own expertise areas and preparing proposals
• Evaluate client needs and develop solutions leveraging assessment tools, methodologies.
