Üniversite Mezunu (Tercihen İşletme, İktisat bölümlerinden mezun)

Genel muhasebe, tek düzen hesap planı ve mevzuat konusunda bilgi sahibi

Minimum 3 yıl deneyimli (Turizm-Otelcilik alanında tecrübe sahibi olması tercih sebebidir.)

Dikkatli ve zaman yönetimi konusunda başarılı

Ekip çalışmasına önem veren

Analitik düşünme özelliğine sahip ve gerektiğinde raporlama tekniklerini kullanabilen

Ms Office Programlarına Hakim

Tercihen Avrupa yakasında ikamet eden

35 yaşını aşmamış




İŞ TANIM 

Yürürlükteki muhasebe ilkelerine göre muhasebe kayıtlarını tutmak

Yasal yükümlülükler ve şirket ilkelerine göre muhasebe evraklarını arşivlemek

Şirketin sunduğu mal ve hizmetleri muhasebe yönü ile belgelemek

Müşterilerin tahsilat ve risklerini izler ve gerekli yerlere iletmek

Şirket personeline yapılan ödemeleri izler ve raporlamak

Gerekli olan ve ihtiyaç duyulan tablo ve raporları hazırlamak

Vadesi gelen alacakların zamanında tahsil edilmesini sağlamak

Vergi dairesinde bankada ve belediyede…vs şirketin resmi işlerini takip eder ve halletmek

Kur farklılıklarını ve kasa hareketlerini kontrol etmek

Ücret tahakkukları sisteme girmek ve kontrolünü yapmak

Müşteri mutabakatlarını yapmak

Alış ve satış fatura Kayıtlarını yapmak

Tahsilatlara göre günlük tahsilat raporu hazırlamak

Kurumlar vergisi, Gelir Vergisi, Geçici vergi, KDV,KDV 2,KDV iadesi, Muhtasar-Sgk, Damga Vergisi beyannamelerinin ve Ba-Bs formlarının hazırlanmasının ve verilmesinin sağlanması,

Müşteri hareketlerini takip etmek ve raporlamak

Dönem sonu değerleme işlemlerini yapmak

Satıcı hareketlerini takip etmek ve ödemeleri muhasebe şefinin onayı ile yapmak

Faturaları hazırlamak ve ilgililere göndermek

Günlük olarak kesilen faturaların muhasebeye entegresini sağlamak
