We are looking for  an “Investor Relations Specialist” who will add value with his/her dynamism and field knowledge to join ODAŞ IR Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering,
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English,
• 2+ years of  experience in Investor Relations, financial reporting & analysis positions,
• Preferably have experienced in Energy and Mining sectors,
• Having Capital Markets Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Specialist Licenses,
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel, PPT)
• Experienced in valuation, financial statement analysis, capital markets,
• Ability to work multi-task, accurately and on a timely basis,
• Having strong communication with internal/external stakeholder,
• Adapting quickly to dynamic and flexible corporate culture,
• Successful in effective communication and collaboration,
• Follow the latest trends/ developments and adapt in the department processes,
• Strong ability to research and follow up, attention to detail and flawless working approach,
• Having analytic and reporting skills,
• No military obligation (for male candidates).
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responding to written and verbal information requests from investors and analysts,
  
• Providing timely and accurate answers to investor questions, analysts and shareholders,
• To explain ODAŞ to individual and/or corporate, international and/or local investors,
• Monitoring the company’s share performance regularly and performing comprehensive comparative analysis of sectoral performance,
• Prepare investor presentations and financial reports on the company’s activities and financial status fort he relevant period,
• Carrying out general sssembly meeting in accordance with the legislation and in-house regulations,
• Having a part in Capital Market Instruments transactions and Corporate Governance practices,
• Monitoring and managing the ODAŞ IR Website to ensure it is up-to-date with recent financial disclosures,
• Attending to the investors’ meetings, roadshows and conferences.
