We are looking for a Java Technical Lead having the following qualifications to be employed in our cloud and on-prem product development projects in İstanbul.  

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant areas.
• Experience and wisdom on Object Oriented concepts and technologies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in development with Java.
• Spring framework experience
• Web front-end development experience (HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS).
• Experience in conception, architecture and development of web applications and web services
• Experience with Docker is a plus.
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud services is a plus.
• Good team player, result oriented attitude and analytical mind
• Strong communicational and interpersonal skills,
• Advanced English language skills, enough to build efficient and effective documentation and support global customers through written channels.
• No military obligation for male candidates for at least 1 year

• Contributing to all stages of product development, including analysis, design, development, documentation, operation and customer support.
• Planning, design and implementation of product lifecycle with both technical and non-technical aspects.
• Design and implementation of technical product architecture with long term support in mind.
• Leading the product development team for technical excellence; including ALM best practices, continuous improvement of technical architecture, refactoring of code, performing code reviews.
• Coordination of project tasks with the product manager and other technical teams and other technical teams.
