QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


CANDIDATES UNDER ADVANCED LEVEL OF ENGLISH ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE POSITION
SECOND LANGUAGE IS A PLUS

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Engineering or Technical Departments,

  • Fluency in English both in writing and speaking, second language ( German, Russian, French etc. in advanced level ) is a plus,

  • Strong communication skills,

  • Able to analyze and understand large scale projects,

  • Analytical thinking, result and detail oriented,

  • Should be eager to learn, be flexible, open-minded and teamwork oriented,

  • Self-motivated, positive and energetic,

  • No military obligation for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

 
  • Develops strategic growth initiatives,

  • Develops sales staff’s selling capabilities within assigned geographic regions,

  • Monitors and maintains sales goals,

  • Develops short- and long-term forecasts, budgets, strategies, and marketing programs required to meet sales objectives,

  • Works with product teams to develop products that will grow sales and profitability. Provides feedback to product manager to meet customer needs,

  • Researches and reports competitive threats and provides recommendations on how to respond,

  • Completes sales to achieve corporate goals, objectives, and action plans. Seeks new customer opportunities and maintains current customer relationships. Provides highly technical, effective sales presentations,

  • Maintains and grows existing customer accounts through an appropriate level of contact. Creates sales growth by securing business through strategic customer segments,

  • Develops relationships with and completes sales with international assigned customer bases. Converts non-customers into customers,

  • Frequently travels abroad to meet with existing customers, earn new customers,

  • Inputs relevant information including written reports and competitor information

  • Participates in pricing negotiations and purchasing contracts,

  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

  • Able to travel
