About the job

• Support completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of financial reporting (actuals, forecasts, ad-hoc reports) via close coordination with whole Finance teams (CBU/CBS)
• Establish systems, setting right KPIs and challenging budget owners to improve quality of financial forecasts and monthly financial reporting
• Finance Business Partnering for non-people opex of HR, IT/IS, and Supply Chain functions. Drives finance leadership for the forecasts.
• Leading “Protein Program” within CBU; full leadership. Cross-work with Cluster & Region with close contact.
• “PL by Nature” project key contributor.
• Member of “SN SAP Project” team, understanding full picture of SN SAP and highlighting risk and opps
• Table de board preparing--- management reporting on financials, actuals, forecasts and variances.
• Regional reporting for financials.
• Consolidate and support accuracy of financial forecast through rolling forecast process
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of the business reporting
• Hands on follow up of supply chain costs, non-people overheads, and OIE

About you

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to:

• Minimum 2 year of Budgeting/Planning/Controlling experience in Finance Department 
• FMCG /Pharma experience is preferable
• Excellent command of English
• SAP knowledge is preferable
• University degree
• MS Office knowledge is a must
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership skills for both global and local projects.
• Good in business relations management
• Curious and open to learn & share
• No military obligation for male candidates
