QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Knowledgable in every service and solution provided by Nuevo, account managers create new contacts in targeted prospective customers, analyze needs and business requirements at customer side, convert these needs into projects, maintain customer satisfaction by regular visits in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
 
Job Description:

·         Contact new and existing customers to discuss their requirements, and to explain how these needs could be met with specific products and services provided by Nuevo

·         Participate in sales meetings with customers

·         Work closely with the production team during the preparation of the feature list and offer, and follow up the project status and milestones during the production.

·         Prepare offers in accordance with clients’ needs

·         Set up own accounts, manage and monitor all sales activities for the allocated account portfolio

·         Maintain close working relationships with customers to include regular visits and contacts

·         Consult with clients after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support

·         Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales

·         Make cold acquisition calls

·         Play an active role in creating marketing and pr activities

·         Achieve targets referring to budgets in terms of revenues and profits

·         Support the development, implementation, and adjustment of a business plan and a sales strategy for the entire service portfolio of the company

·         Support the development and implementation of sales controlling tools

İŞ TANIMI

Job Requirements:

·         University degree

·         Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

·         Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges

·         Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

·         Good command of English and German, both written and spoken
