Senior Business Analyst

• Graduated from a reputable university
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills.
• Experienced candidates must have 3+ years of experience working for a consulting firm or a professional services division of a software company in a business analyst / consulting role. Prior knowledge about banking domain / products is a big plus.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Meet with clients to determine business and functional and technical requirements.
• Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
• Produce tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans and facilitate project meetings and training sessions; communicate status to all management levels.
• Help to identify, communicate and resolve issues with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Have the opportunity to work in the top tier banking projects as product owner
• Be responsible for business analysis activities, requirements gathering/specification and high level IT solution design. 
• You will be expected to complete your assignments within the agreed deadlines and pro-actively monitor the progress of your assigned tasks.
