QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Ensuring all company  personnel and sub-contractors understand the work scope and operate correctly to achieve the common goal
  2. Managing the Project  scope (with sub-contracted scope), budget, schedule, resources and risks and ensuring all activities are carried out with quality, within schedule, within budget, with right resources and expectations of company is  satisfied, even though the priorities of these parties may not always be aligned.
  3. Acting as the liaison between   company  and other subcontractors representative on site. Ensuring coordination of the meetings to be held.
  4. Liaising with Local or Central State Agencies as deemed necessary by company
  5. Organizing regular meetings, determining session items, evaluating the inputs and outputs and preparing final report
  6. Ensuring the organization and coordination of the works done / to be done in the field. Preparation and implementation of daily, weekly, monthly and long term operational  plans.
  7. Carrying out business follow-up of all subcontractors working in the field.
  8. Identifying risks, taking pro-active measures to manage risks and escalating residual risks to Country Manager , on a timely manner.
  9. Identifying when technical support is needed and to seek it from appropriate sources including local consultancy and company  worldwide resources.
  10. Prepare/ensure to be prepared, review (QA/QC) and follow up the work methods of the works to be done in the field in advance.
  11. Preparing and sending situation reports at the end of the day
  12. To investigate the price, to receive proposals, to make controls, to negotiate,  to submit for approval and to make the purchase of materials and equipment to be purchased for the operation.
  13. Submission and follow-up of the reports to be submitted by the subcontractors about their work
  14. Ensuring the accounting records of all expenditures made for the operation, reporting to the accounting department and following up
  15. Reporting of HSE Unsafe Conditions, Unsafe Acts, Safe Acts, incidents with consequences (accidents), incidents without consequence (near misses), non-compliances, non-conformances to Operation Coordinator
  16. Ensuring that field personnel have communication means suitable to the work site and ensuring the proper operational order of these means.
  17. Ensuring that all equipment is checked and brought up to acceptable safety standards.
  18. Ensuring that field personnel have appropriate first aid equipment and food before leaving for the site.
  19. Providing and ensuring that all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available and worn appropriately.
  20. Conducting regular communication checks and reporting in on a regular basis in accordance with the Journey Management Plans.
  21. Ensuring all vehicles are appropriately equipped with the required HSE equipment.
  22. Ensuring all vehicles receive regular safety checks.
  23. Carrying out regular safety and environmental inspections and audits on vehicles.
  24. Ensuring procedures are put in place to track vehicle and personal movements (i.e. Journey Management Plans) and that all staff are accounted for at the end of the day.
  25. Coordination/control of equipment repair and maintenance activities
  26. Ensuring all base activities comply with HSE rules and requirements.
  27. Ensuring an inventory and monitoring / tracking of equipment for the site
  28. Coordination of personnel training activities.
  29. Undertaking regular equipment operational testing
  30. Ensuring all base plans and documentation are complete and consistent with ISO 9001,ISO14001, OSHAS 18001 requirements.
