GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

This position will be based in Istanbul, Turkey.  

 

About the Department

 

Our core purpose is to enable Novo Nordisk to attract, retain and reward the right people in the right place through competitive, flexible and compliant reward practices.

 

The Centre of Excellence (CoE) includes rewards specialists who are geographically dispersed working towards designing and implementing global solutions with local relevance.

 

The position

 

You will support the region with design and delivery of all the key rewards programmes in alignment with the Global Renumeration Strategy and will report into the Geography Head of Rewards for the Near East and Commonwealth Emerging Markets.

 

You will be the single point of contact for the Near East country clusters and represent the CoE in this geography. You will be required to support the end to end rewards suite for the region example - annual compensation review, annual Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) enrolment and Sales Incentives (SI) of the geography. You may be required to show your consultant skills and act as a sparring partner to the global rewards.

 

You will deliver relevant and agreed key account information and data/metrics to relevant customers to facilitate strategic discussions and decisions on reward-related matters and you will also co-ordinate TR network meetings in liaison with Global Service Centre (GSC) Total Rewards for relevant Rewards activities from time to time. Your key stakeholders will be Global Rewards team, TR Managers, business leaders, GSC & local HR teams within Near East countries.

 

Qualifications

 

You hold a bachelor’s degree and master’s in preferably Human Resources with 3-5 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years of experience in Rewards. You have strong project management skills andadvance knowledge of MS Office Suite.

You have excellent command over English.
